- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
Our total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we make no warranties regarding:
- The survival or performance of specific plants
- The prevention of all pest or disease problems
- Specific aesthetic outcomes
Plant health and landscape appearance depend on many factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, and building infrastructure.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Denlixo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration under Chilean law.
Governing Law
